Construction Estimate Creation Error

While we are trying to create construction estimate and getting following error.

------------------------------

The entity with header id (123) generated the following error(s)

Resource with Resource Sequence Number 10 already exists.

This record with Inventory Item Id &INV_ITEM_ID and Wip Entity Id 1234564 was not processed because a server error occurred in the resource while checking if it exists. (RES_SEQ_NUMBER=10)

Urgent help is requested.
