HFM inaccessible after applying 11.1.2.3.700 PSU

Gurus,

I am not able to access HFM applications or Consolidation Administration from Workspace after applying the .700 PSU on our internal environment. I can access the HFM page from IIS when I try to browse. I have restarted the HFM services also.

I have checked the logs. Following is the snap of the error
