ERROR with java program doesn't work

Hi all,


we are facing issue with a report

files attahced:
1:submit report, call java, but seems doesn't submit the JAVA program
2:the java program should generate output files on that folder but doesn't display nothing inside
3:but if submit command in windows command console and submit it work

log:

/home/jde900 # tch/eptsts/afip/requests/CAEAINF_18_1_20150821.xml /batch/eptsts/afip/responses/CAEAINF_18_1_20150821.xml            <

log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: logs/AFIPServiceBridge.log (Permission denied)

        at java.io.FileOutputStream.openAppend(Native Method)

        at java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(FileOutputStream.java:202)

        at java.io.FileOutputStream.<init>(FileOutputStream.java:126)
