Enhanced Retropay for US is not creating records in PAY_RETRO_ENTRIES but Retro-notification report
I am setting up Enhanced Retropay for a US Client. I set up the Retro elements, linked them using the Retropay tab on the base element. I also have the event group, triggers, functional areas setup appropriately. I made a retro change and ran the retro-notifications report. The report showed up the change. The MIX -> System Extract -> Change event log also shows up the change. However, the PAY_RETRO_ENTRIES table is empty and so is the View -> Retropay Status. Any pointers what I am doing wrong?
