a) Clone/upgrade applications tier 12.1.3, from  linux suse 32bit to new redhat 64 bit , Db stays same AIX : clone is enough?

=> Dont need Migration request patch (Doc ID 438086.1), but can use  normal db cloning + enhanced mid-tier (post relink...) as mentioned in Migrating Oracle E-Business Suite R12 from Linux 32-bit to Linux 64-bit (Doc ID 471566.1)

b) ./rapidwiz -techstack is enough to create new midtier on New redhat 64 bit, basic version 12.1.1 is enough for cloning
