Interesting Problem with Weblogic BSSV as a Windows Service

Good Day All, I have a problem that's been plaguing me for a couple days and I'm hoping I can get some insight.

I have a business services server running on Windows 2008 R2. (E1 9.1.5.3)

When I start the BSSV instance through SM, everything is fine.

Greedy person that I am though, I wanted to have this instance start automatically which I have done for my HTML servers also on Windows without any problems.

Using the custom scripts in the domains folders, I was able to create the service.  Both SM and the Weblogic Console say it's up and running.  I can view WSDL files from this instance as well.
