A system which can be broken down to four major Business Functions.

The client currently has a system which can be broken down to four major Business Functions.

The functions are:

         Trouble Ticketing

         Order Capture through stores

         Call Center CTI with Genesys

         Marketing CTI through COMSYS CTI driver

The client would like a way to seperate these four functionalities in order to make sure that an issue in one of the functionalities will not lead to total system unavailability for the rest of the functions.

This became more of an issue when one of the CTI drivers had a problem and therefore all the users experienced system unavailability due to stuck SRBroker threads.
