P4113 - Inventory Transfer Transactions Failure

Hello,

I am currently working on Weatherford client and we have recently upgraded to JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1.4 in Ferbruary, 2015.

Ever since we have gone live, we are experiencing a unique issue with P4113 - Inventory Transfer program. Once the transactions is completed the TO line fails to update the Cardex (F4111) and FROM line is correctly recorded in cardex. When we inquire on the IT transaction again in P4113, the line disappears.

We do not see any issues while performing the transaction and it completes smoothly. However, when we inquire again we come to know about this issue. We have tested loads and loads of IT transaction in our QA, PY and DV environments manually and also thru uploading from excel and we have not seen a single issue yet where this happened. This happens only in our PD910 environment on a regular basis.
