Workspace user preferences export?

We had several users who were having problems with Workspace. We discovered that their default startup options were not set correctly. We would like to review all of the user preferences to make sure no one else has this problem. How can I export this information for a review? I thought I'd be able to use LCM for this but I don't see anything related to this in the LCM export xml files. I exported the Reporting and Analysis Security for a user (which seems to be where User Preferences are). Then I changed the user preferences and did another
