Question on Legal Entity after R12 Technical Upgrade

HI EXPERTS!

After a technical upgrade, what are the required setups on the legal entity. I see that one of the many legal entities have been created, one of the legal entities has has a Legal Entity Identifier but none have balancing segment assignment. Since this is a technical upgrade there are no configuration changes to be made.
