How to update the Item On Instnace in oracle instance base

Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to change the item on IB. This is for non serialized item.

Requirement :Below is the IB structure

     Parent IB --> Serialized Item

           Child IB --> Non- Serialized Item

Now for Child IB we need to change the Item from A to B. Is it possible ? Please let me know the way if it is possible using any API.
