PDF formate not showing Image imbedded to BI

Hi ,

I have create a report definitions imbedded to BI Publisher RTF format contains url for an image in ALT Text description over the  JDE application  , and when I generate the report to excel format image appeared , but when select PDF formate it will not appear!!!! ,however when I generate the image in local machine windows it's also appeared ,

The issue is just when generate to PDF on the enterprise servier?????? PLEASE HOW I CAN SOLVE IT
