Viable workaround to inability to import subscription lines (and fulfillment schedules) for tangible
I understand from ( Doc ID 1057242.1 ) that the Service Contract import for Subscription type lines only works for intangible lines. I have a need to create an interface from Sales Force to EBS Service Contracts for Subscription type contract lines. Client has both tangible (ship a CD) and intangible (internet access only) products. The need is to have the tangible lines create a sales order in OM for shipment of this tangible product.
Are there viable solutions or workarounds for handling these subscription lines and the fulfillment schedules needed for them?
