Why LPRC is not getting picked up in JDE while i am creating a Stock Transfer Order ?

I am in the process setting up a transfer order with adjustment schedule, where I have a formula using (LPRC). for some reason LPRC is getting populated for the stock transfer Order.

Does any body know why or is it a standard functionality ?
