For a Inbound Webservice Getting XML:payload error

Hi ,

We have Inbound Webservice and we are getting below error message like

Unable to create xml stream reader for XML: payload format incorrect or payload is empty.

Error message is :-

E15:32:28.19       Error                com.ebay.soaframework.common.impl.pipeline.BaseLoggingHandler.logErrorInternal_ServiceException                             ServiceException             st=com.ebay.soaframework.common.exceptions.ServiceException: Unable to create xml stream reader for XML: payload format incorrect or payload is empty\n\tat com.ebay.soaframework.common.impl.internal.pipeline.InboundMessageImpl.getXMLStreamReader(InboundMessageImpl.java:734)\n\tat

please provide your inputs for the same..
