Encumbrance journals are not updated in funds inquiry window

Encumbrance journals are not updated accordingly...

I have done a setup of encumbrance recently , but everything is working fine except when i post the journals for encumbrance the funds window didn't show anything in commitment and in obligation as i am posting data from purchasing and can see the automatically created JVs.
