Monitor java specific processes with metrics?

I've been digging through metrics on the OMS and the middleware management pack.  I haven't been able to find the  metrics I'm looking for.  I was wondering if anyone out here has any information on where I can find the metrics for the following items:

  • Garbage collection
  • Threadpools
  • DB connections
  • JMS queues


Any information on these metrics would be greatly appreciated.
