Order Import failed with Error "1021/1313171//102/1313171 Item XX ATO Class1 not found in the BOM of

Hi All,

Encountered the following issue while performing Order Import of ATO Model. Kindly suggest me a way to fix it.

Order Import failed with Error "1021/1313171//102/1313171 Item XX ATO Class1 not found in the BOM of model XX ATO Model "

BOM Model: XX ATO Model consists of both the ATO Class and its assemblies.  Manual creation of the ATO Model Sales Order lines and creation of the Configured Item is successful using the same BOM setups and could also able to ship and close the lines of the entire sales order manually.

Not sure why this the same setups are not working for the Order Import.  The Order Line consists  of all the following columns INVENTORY_ITEM_ID, ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF, ORIG_SYS_LINE_REF, ORIG_SYS_SHIPMENT_REF, COMPONENT_CODE, SORT_ORDER, OPTION_NUMBER,  ITEM_TYPE_CODE, TOP_MODEL_LINE_REF, LINK_TO_LINE_REF.
