Line Status is 'Shipped' and 'Next Step' Shows 'Run Interface

Hi,

We have shipped an order against internal requisition and the line status as closed, but we are not able to see the item in receiving transaction end. also we have checked the Order shipping transaction form and it is showing Line Status is 'Shipped' and 'Next Step' Shows 'Run Interfaces.
