Fail Safe 4.1 database validation error: Failed to translate the ORACLE_HOME environment variable

Hey guys,

I'm facing an issue here while trying to validate Oracle databse within Oracle Fail Safe Manager...

  • OS Windows Server 2012 R2 standard
  • Oracle Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2
  • Oracle Fail Safe 4.1.0

The whole installation went smoothless...

  • Oracle database software
  • Create database on active node
  • Oracle Fail Safe installation

Verifying the cluster went without any troubles as well. As soon as I want to validate the database, the Cluster Manager throws the following:

SEC01 : Starting the verification of standalone resource sieus

SEC01 : Performing initialization processing

SEC02 : Performing initialization processing

SEC01 : Gathering resource owner information

SEC02 : Gathering resource owner information

SEC01 : Determining owner node of resource sieus
