app-po-14142 get_doc_type_info-10: ORA-01403: no data found

Hi Guru's...

I have made a new Organization and have setup also.

but when trial to create Purchase Requisition, coming error : app-po-14142 get_doc_type_info-10: ORA-01403: no data found.

I've try the solution from Doc ID 200436.1

Solution

Run Replicate Seed Data

Set Responsibility = System Administrator

Nav: Requests > Run > Single Request > Name = Replicate Seed Data
Parameters: Select the Operating Unit from the List of Values
Submit

This will replicate the seed data in your database. You need to do this
every time you create a new Organization
