ERROR in report jdeSecGetExtendedTokenByPwd failed

Hi,

we are facing this issue:

log: runube: JDB_InitEnvOvrExtToken failed with rcode = 0

this is a RUNUBE submit from command line, the pass is case sensitive, for example: Welcom1, ..so that my doubt:

login in JDE layer this is not relevance/important because jde doesn't matter if pass is case sensitive but on RUNUBE submit an report..it is important..???
