Current period depreciation not reversed when retiring an asset.

Hello!

When retiring an asset, does the current period's depreciation not get taken out until the period is closed?

I have posted a screenshot of the following example. I added an asset with accumulated depreciation in August, 2015. I set the transaction date for the ADD to 7/1/2015, while keeping the accounting date at 8/25/2015. Next I ran DEPR_CALC, then AMAEDIST, then DPCLOSE. Those financial entries posted fine: rows one through eight in the below screenshot. After retiring the asset on 8/31/2015 and running DEPR_CALC, AMAEDIST, and DPCLOSE, I received the financial entries 9, 10, and 11 below. These entries take out the accumulated depreciation and one period's depreciation, but not the full depreciation amount.
