Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How Oracle apps Upgrade character set UTF8 to AL32UTF8?

a) Use dmu upgrade technique? (available on AIX db 11.2.0.2)

b) Not a lot of multilanguage data - so dataloss shoud be minimal?

c) Do we need to change/patch something on Apps ?
=> also upgrade mitier or leave it?
