R03B41Z1 Upload Deductions

We acquired a company. I've uploaded their Open AR to our system using R03B11Z1A. Now I need to get their open deductions loaded. I see there is a R03B41Z1 out there but even after reading some of the white papers, I'm confused as to its use. Does this move the records from the F03B41Z1 table into the F03B40 table?

I guess the bottom line question is: how do I upload open deductions?
