Error-while booking the SO

Hi,

When I am trying to create a Sales Order and booking it, getting the below error,

"Error: The system has determined that the Rate Type PERCENTAGE is applicable for Tax DE ENV on this transaction. However,

this Rate Type is not compatible with the Taxable Basis Type PERCENTAGE for Formula Code STANDARD_QUANTITY. Please contact

your Tax Administraton"


Please note that I have checked the Tax setup and in the Tax Rules - Taxable Basis is "Standard TB" but using an expert rule.


Attached the Rule setup. Please help me to resolve the issue.
