iRecruitment External Candidate - Accessibility Mode

Hi All,

Noticed, Accessibility option doesn't apply to the end user after they login. I'v selected "I use a screen reader" mode on Accessibility link.

After this, Login screen changed (All tips were appended to prompt), same behavior on Jobs tab. Once I login, I see a normal screen. Tips were at the bottom of the item.

Was this accessibility option is only for Login page (Before login pages)? or AM I missing something?
