Hi, i'm configuring DG in Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise on version 11.2.0.3.0 and the Redo shipping is showing error "PING[ARC1]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby . Error is 1031."


Primary site: Oracle RAC.
Standby site: Oracle singleinstance.

I send primary password file to standby site, recreate Oracle service, but the error continues.
