OracleTreasury Days between Start and maturity date wrong for TMM deal

Hi Guys

I am entering a TMM Deal as follows. Deal date 31-jul-2015

Start Date 31-Jul-2015 . Maturity Date 03-Aug-2015

Day Count Basis Actual/360

Interest Includes Last Day.

I expected the system to calculate 3 days of interest. However the system calculates Interest for 2 days only. See page 3 where it shows days as 2.

The same deal with similar terms shows the days correctly as 3 in another environment.

Have you encountered this Bug ? Do you know of a patch ?
