Asset Load using API says the Life-To-Date value should not be greater than Recoverable Cost

While bringing in assets into FA using the seeded API, some are not getting loaded because of the API error 'Life-To-Date Depreciation cannot be greater than the Recoverable Cost' I looked at the values I'm passing and the LTD is not greater than Recoverable.

Asset Cost: 657.48

Dep_Reserve(LTD):54.6

Recoverable: 657.48

Salvage Value: 0

For the above numbers, the LTD is not greater than Recoverable Cost. Has anyone dealt with this error before.
