eProcurement Workflow Error in PS 9.2

We are getting the following error in PS 9.2 (this is part of our development and testing for our PS 9.2 upgrade):

Please see message below that shows the error - as well as the attachment.

PSAPPSRV.21908 (4669)               1-4234492 13.53.41    0.000000 ErrorReturn-> 5636 - PV_EMAIL_REQ_H.REQ_NAME in the message does not have a corresponding formElement defined.

Can anyone provide assistance or feedback to help?
