REM Security Deposit Generation Edit shows PACO

I am getting a blank report for a refund generation edit with a message that the GL Date is in future month (paco).    I am using today's date for the generation and GL date in the PO.

AR, AP and GL are set to period 6 for the company.  The FY is 4/15.

I made sure the record doesn't have a suspend date on it.    I am not getting any messages in my workcenter.  Can anyone shed a clue as to what I am missing?    My client is on 9.0.
