How do I add missing support identifiers?

I recently submitted a list for "Mass Support Identifier Load".  Most of the stores I manage are now visible in my list, but I am missing some from one of my concepts, and all of the SI's from a different concept.

Question #1:  How do I obtain the SI's from the 2nd Concept?

Question #2:  How do I add the missing SI's to my list once I obtain them?
