Unable to use the custom WEBADI layout for Projects - Transaction Import integrator

I Have created a Custom WEBADI layout by copying from PA: Accounted Transactions Layout. I have defined the custom form function (PA: Accounted Cost Upload) and added this function under menu "Expenditure Entry Using Microsoft Excel". However, when I tried to use this custom layout, I am getting the following error:

PA:TRANS_IMP_ACCOUNTEDCOSTUPLOAD is an invalid Layout Key for the specified Integrator.

The above mentioned layout key has been added in the parameters for the function I created under Form tab using Form Functions.

The parameter value is as follows:

bne:page=BneCreateDoc&bne:viewer=BNE:EXCEL%25&bne:reporting=N&bne:integrator=PA:PAXTTRXB&bne:layout=PA:TRANS_IMP_ACCOUNTEDCOSTUPLOAD&bne:content=PA:NONE2
