a) Redhat 64 bit Mid/application tier 12.1.3, note 761566.1

  i ) You need to install 12.1.3 (RUP3)

                     => is this same as latest 12.1.3 release = 9239090.R12 ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.1.3 RELEASE UPDATE PACK ?

b) DB  11.2.0.2 is on db-tier AIX 6.1 , with Redhat Linux 64 mid/application-tier

    Thus DB check db_tier certification for Oracle financials = 11.2.0.2 supported

   => dont need to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 (on LInux 64 bit Redhat >= 11.2.0.3 needed), as mentioned in 761566.1
