Has anyone experienced this with tools upgrade 9.1.5?

journal entry P0911 line is grayed out when an error is made in a 2nd line of journal entry form. The line can still be edited, but it appears gray so therefore appears to not be editable.

Scenario:

entering P0911 Journal entry:

enter header

enter line 1 with no error

enter line 2 and error msg appears (caused by invalid account number)

delete line 2

line 1 now appears grayed out
