Can we add plan to an existing application?

We set just one plan at the start. Down the road we got to know there is one area that needs couple of more dimensions as compared to whole other budget model. So we are thinking if we can migrate that one specific area to another plan. But, right now, we don't have any other plan. Can we create it at this time?
