Marketing Campaign - Not Generating Output List

Hi Team,

We are trying to Load and Launch Marketing Campaign with OBIEE. It is working fine End to End from Siebel Side and Load and Launch process are completing fine. But from OBIEE it is never generating File. It always says No file generated as no data found. May i know what could be the issue or if someone can help me out with any document which describe steps to configure and how process
