Quoting - EBS (MOSC)

I am not able to see the products in quoting in quoting user responsibility

I am able to see the items in Order Management.

I have also done the inventory setup, items are Stockable, Reservable and Transactable.  

I have checked profile options

IBE: Category Set Filter for Product Search  -> Product

IBE: Web Status Filter for Product Search    -> Published and unpublished  

Still when i make a new quote with quoting user responsibility in JSP form and add product, i can not see any product in product catalog or installed base option. Is there any mandatory setup/profile option which i am missing ?
