Receive error when trying to complete the Balancing Segment Value Assignments for Accounting Setup

Hi

I am defining a new LE in an existing Ledger where there are already 7-8 LE exists for the Legder.

The old LE's does not have a balancing segment and for the new one I assigned the BS.

Then when I tried to enter a manual Journal I received below error.

This balancing segment value is not valid for the current ledger.


I have found some Oracle note for this error, stating that I need to complete the Balancing Segment Value Assignments step of the Accouting Setup Manager.

However when I pressed the complete button i received another error as below:
