how to find autoCommit setup for payroll R07200, particularly?

1) I am not in JD Edwards CNC team.

2) Sadly, I am the DBA who is running Oracle databases to support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application. Thus, a "punchbag" for varieties of slowdowns including Pre-Payroll process R07200 (just learned in the past 2 days), plus.

3) This particular PROCESS (pre-payroll+) updates a bunch of tables, inserts to a bunch of tables, delets from a bunch of tables, and runs very long and repeats, repeats, repeats when multiple users are rush finishing payroll processes.

4) from the database ADDM reports, I often see the following
