insert last page if a condition is true

working on print select invoice RAXINV.  We already have BI template in place ( main template and sub template.  The subtmplate is for header and footer ).  Now with new requirement, I have to add a "disclosure page" as the last page of the qualify invoice.  Not all the invoice need this disclosure page.  ONLY for certain invoice if the operating unit is in certain country.

Any good suggestion on how to handle it.  In this time, I am thinking

blah blah..<?end if?>

<?end body?>

But with this option, blank page will show on the non-qualify invoice..
