Is it possible to hard commit the qty to a location by using blanket orders

Hi,

We have a requirement that whenever we creates a blanket order to a customer, then client want to hard commit the qty by running pick slip.

Once we releases the balnket  to Sales order the commitment has to forward to sales order automatically.Please let me know is this possible.
