Reason code Not prompting during adjustment price change

Hello

It is regular sales order , where i see some orders allowed to change adjustment price  through price history through Same versions and same user security profile.

Same Adjustment schedule and same Adjustment name. but one order allowed and another not. I only found  one difference  between these two orders. One order is generated from Blanket which is not prompting for Sales reason code.

I had given Excel sheet  export and price history screen shots for your understanding.

The adjustment is checked to change Manual/Add
