Import Items error - INV_IOI_MASTER_CHILD_1B

We are on 12.2 and using Import Items to copy attributes from one org to another. We got an error - INV_IOI_MASTER_CHILD_1B for a few records.

Master controlled attribute value conflict in child organization for one of the following attributes: Stockable(STOCK_ENABLED_FLAG), BOM Allowed(BOM_ENABLED_FLAG), Build in WIP(BUILD_IN_WIP_FLAG), Revision Control(REVISION_QTY_CONTROL_CODE), Item Catalog Category(ITEM_CATALOG_GROUP_ID), Check Material Shortage(CHECK_SHORTAGES_FLAG), Web Status(WEB_STATUS), OM Indivisible(INDIVISIBLE_FLAG).

I see that only Revision Control(REVISION_QTY_CONTROL_CODE) and Web Status(WEB_STATUS) are the master controlled attributes and validated that there are no conflicts
