How To add more disks to striped fs of the ebs database

Hi folks.

I have Oracle EBS 11 with Oracle database mounted on aix with LVM,

in the setup was configuring two fs for datafiles but recently i have the next error.  The throughput of the I/O subsystem was significantly lower than expected

in one fs with four disks of 300gbx4=1.2terasbytes, i need change this fs to 8x150gb disks

is this posible? i can used migratepv aix command or i can use other method from enterprise manager o ebs aplication.
