Error Invoking Service X , Method 'Y' (SBL-BPR-00162) error while "Submitting Data Send HTTP request

Hi Oracle Team,

by trying to send information through a button via Web Services I get de the error like in the attached screenshot.

Analysing the log file it says:

Begin: Business Service 'XML Hierarchy Converter' invoke method: 'DocToHier' at 14f7d110

ObjMgrLog    Error    1    000001f955df0570:957102    2015-08-27 15:27:43    (xmlcnv.cpp (1727)) SBL-EAI-00247: Fatal Error in XML Parser at line 20, column 85: Expected an attribute value

Which could the possible causes be? how can I examine this in order to discover what's going on here?.

This error did not appear before a database restore was made. Is it maybe an incorrect WSDL import in Tools?
