RTE stops for one environment

Hi All,

we are facing strange issue with RTE. We have RTE setup in multiple environments and multiple server (following Oracle document to change OCM maps).

Situation is like below:

Environment: UT environment (which has logical environments like UT1, UT2).

RTE works fine in UT1 but sometime it stops working in UT2. UT2 was recently configured for RTE following below mentioned steps:

Added UT2 under  Subscriver Environment (please note UT1 also have entry here)

Activated Events for UT2

We testing for Item Master. Sometime it works and other time it does not. If I stop RTE, I have to stop JDE services, delete SQL packages, then restart JDE services and RTE to make it working.
