IPMP group issue when creating logical host resource

I am configuring osc 4.2 and Solaris 11.2 with the latest SRUs (cluster and OS)  and all went well until I got to creation of logical res and it failed. I used the same steps to create cluster before on the same hardware without any issue but this time it failed and not sure if it's an issue with sol11.2/osc4.2 or there's something new I just am missed.

Here's the issue I am seeing and I am hoping some cluster guru can point me to the right direction:

# clrslh create -g rg -h logicalHost rslh

clrslh: IPMP Group not found for net0 on node1
