navigate to the archive and purge window

I'm checking Section 7 of the GL User Guide for 12.2 (E48748-03), which refers to a window for purging. It refers this way:

"Navigate to the Archive and Purge window."

It does that several times, like for example on page 7-19

Now, I don't see details on this action, in the document. I don't see a navigation path, I don't see any Responsibility mentioned.

I'm a system administrator, not a functional expert. I never use GL or any other Responsibility.

So, my question is; how do I end up in this famous screen ?
